This story was intense. Addiction is one of the hardest experiences to escape from, and so to hear that this man had to overcome that at such a young age is very inspiring of my respect. I'll admit it caught me by surprise when the interview revealed that he broke free of the addiction cycle and then became a porn star later, which goes against a negative stereotype of porn leading people into drug addiction. I felt that gave a lot of weight to his request that we as people be more respectful of other's lifestyles and avoid putting stigma on people if what they are doing is working positively for them.
