I recently watched Rapsody's NPR tiny desk concert. And she talks about her song "The Man"and how so many young black boys are forced to grow up too soon. This human had to mature at a young age, but he was able to learn from the stories of other people. He grew up to be compassionate and to live his best life and to make art and its Incredible. He speaks an Important truth about taking care of your tribe, so to speak.
