I appreciate the perspective on personality given, and how the journey towards understanding the self begins with in part recognizing how you appear in front of others and recognizing whether or not that is your self. At the same time I agree with the point being made of how government agencies will impede properly run food practices not because of the real standards but due to some arbitrary one.
